How does a vehicle become restricted?
Each guest vehicle has a limited amount of days that they are allowed to park at your community. Once you've reached the consecutive days limit, the vehicle is banned off of the property until the restriction ends.

What are your options?
When a guest vehicle becomes restricted on your OnCall Parking account, the vehicle is not permitted to park on the property until the restriction ends.
You can contact your property management office and explain the situation regarding the restricted guest vehicle. Unfortunately, no OnCall Customer Service Specialist's are authorized to remove restrictions for any accounts, so all requests must be made with your property management team.
What do you do if your property management office is closed?
Unfortunately, the restricted guest vehicle is in violation of their parking policy, and cannot park at the property. You will need to make arrangements with parking the vehicle elsewhere until you can communicate with your property management team.
